I have the app linked to my skonda smart watch. However is stores my step counts but not storing my sleep data, it will show my sleep for that day but then I have no graph. Also when using the data in the last page (heart rate change) that is continuously blank and nothing shows up

How to fix Q Watch app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Q Watch app on iPhone
Update Q Watch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Q Watch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Q Watch on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Q Watch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Q Watch Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Q Watch not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Q Watch App
1. On android, goto Settings » Q Watch » click [Force Stop]

Update Q Watch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Q Watch App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Q Watch » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Q Watch.

Fix Q Watch unable to contact server/ Q Watch internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Q Watch » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Q Watch » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Q Watch
