I’ve had this watch for about a year. I need to upgrade the firmware but I’m unable to. I keep receiving an error message. I can’t get help on their website because I don’t know how to change the language to English. There isn’t a CONTACT US button within QWatch .

I just got my smart watch from amazon, it tells me to download QWatch from a QR core the watch provide the moment you turn it on, I downloaded and try to follow the instructions and it doesn’t work, any time you try to log in like a guess or make an account it asked you for a Code from SMS but there’s no option to pair it nor able to put your number to get SMS. There is ZERO instruction on how to do this!!

I will change the review if it gets fix. So far I got a “smart watch” witch I can only use with QWatch. So far. Everything I see I shut down. Nothing works. App won’t let u make an account just to use a code to let me use the watch. Doesn’t do anything what so ever for iPhone 11max pro pretty sad

Hey i really love the watch and app! But Maybe you guys can add more watch faces to QWatch if possible? and the energy thing you guys got in QWatch maybe you can add that to the watch in health as well. and maybe make the weather app a little bit more accurate. Thanks for reading this!

Yes I did have problems connecting and getting the code. I uninstalled the program, I turned off the watch, I installed the program again then turned on the watch, I was able to get my code. It takes time, so far is good. It does have an alarm it just vibrate, the weather is not accurate, you can take pictures, is very comfortable. Is very easy to use. 😉

I love this watch this can do everything it can even take you blood pressure the only bad thing is sometimes the weather app is off a little like has the wrong temperature otherwise great watch.

It won’t give me the option to put the sms code in
Had watch for birthday present at the end of January 23. Loved the watch and everything worked fine until yesterday when watch went dead - nothing works and I cannot connect phone to watch anymore. Watch is fully charged. Really disappointed.
I cannot work out how to start the walking information.i also have a Xiaomi band and it is much easier to use

Qwatch app will not update info from qwatch
Most things work ok but…after spending 15 minutes on a spin bike and using the cycling part to record it the app claimed I burned 2 calories. I tried again and the same result. I burned two calories in the first 5 seconds so that’s off.
The blood pressure option only appears now and then when I reboot the phone and the watch. There is no option for blood oxygen %
