How to fix Brainly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Brainly app on iPhone
Update Brainly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Brainly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Brainly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Brainly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Brainly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Brainly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Brainly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Brainly » click [Force Stop]

Update Brainly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Brainly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Brainly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Brainly.

Fix Brainly unable to contact server/ Brainly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Brainly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Brainly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Brainly
