iTouch Wearables Smartwatch Status

First time using the watch, the app doesn’t work. I try to login and after that the screen becomes all grey and nothing happens.

The app on my phone come up WHITE and i can not do anything with my watch

My app is not working it is showing a black screen and I've tried to delete and download it again and it does the same thing

App keeps freezing - can’t alter notifikations etc

I accidentally wore my watch into the shower. Now it doesn’t show the screen with the time. It has a screen with a list including steps, Val’s, heart rate etc the next screen is pause , the next is Stop

Cannot get my new watch (replacing another one) to pair with my health app to track steps. It says the app is uninstalled on the health app even though I had to delete it and reinstall for the new watch.

I downloaded the new app. after putting in my info the screen doesn't move up to complete. i deleted and reinstalled the app again. app still acting up

After app update I was to update profile. The button on the bottom of the screen will not show on screen and is stuck and will not move forward

I downloaded app on iPhone with no problem but when you open app it closes immediately. I had it on android phone and it worked fine

Step pedometer is not accurate. There are times it is not recording any of my step.

My watch went to Chinese for the icons and will not go back to English. Just got it.

My itouch watch will not charge. what could be causing this

Watch started showing Japanese or Chinese text along with English on 8/19/22. Settings on my phone show English. Settings on watch is in foreign language. How do you fix this? Also started notifying me about sitting and I have it turned off. Did my watch get hacked? I haven't had this watch for a year, are they just junk?

Trying to restart my watch to factory defaults but app will not find my device help!! I need to set my phone back up

Watch stopped even though it was fully charged. Screen is black. Now the AP cannot find it. Is there a way to reset? Or is it shot? I've only had it since May.

The first watch had to be replaced because it started to vibrate and it wouldn't stop till the battery ran down. The second watch stopped working properly with the old app and the new app was installed. They Replaced the first one because the watch was still in warranty. They will not replace the second watch even when they said it was the watch because it's past the warranty of the first watch I bought. It is not my fault that the second watch doesn't also work. I just want my watch to work as they said it would. Please replace or refund.

The watch suddenly turned off about noon on 04/04/2022 even with over 70% battery power. Ever since then, it has stopped working. Is it a system crash or something peculiar?
