How to fix Zova app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zova app on iPhone
Update Zova app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zova iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zova on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zova network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zova Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zova not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zova App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zova » click [Force Stop]

Update Zova to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zova App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zova » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zova.

Fix Zova unable to contact server/ Zova internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zova » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zova » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
