Summary of FitPro Watch Problems 🔥

- I downloaded the wrong app and that is why I couldn’t connect it.

- First, I do not need to hear sirens and clicking coming from my wrist.

- Annoying ads in the app on my phone.

- App listed for watch will NOT connect.

- Watch will not set with phone even after you get it to “pair” via Bluetooth.

- Battery runs down in four hours.

Everytime I navigate between apps or to home I am asked if I want to use Microsoft or Moto app to launch the Fitpro App. I have selected Moto always. I've removed and reinstalled with no change. It is very frustrating.

How to fix FitPro Watch app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FitPro Watch app on iPhone
Update FitPro Watch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FitPro Watch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FitPro Watch on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FitPro Watch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FitPro Watch Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FitPro Watch not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FitPro Watch App
1. On android, goto Settings » FitPro Watch » click [Force Stop]

Update FitPro Watch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FitPro Watch App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FitPro Watch » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FitPro Watch.

Fix FitPro Watch unable to contact server/ FitPro Watch internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FitPro Watch » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FitPro Watch » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FitPro Watch
