2 years agoThe watch was bought less then 6 months and at the back of the watch the gold colour sorounding the battery is no longer there and left with marks and allergy is there a way that it can be solved? Is there any other person that had the same problem? would appreciate a reply.

3 years agoThe Q watch app don’t have the function to set or correct time and date.. I have try to uninstall and installed yet the date and time on my smart watch it’s still not corrected.

Can’t upgrade firmware
I’ve had this watch for about a year. I need to upgrade the firmware but I’m unable to. I keep receiving an error message. I can’t get help on their website because I don’t know how to change the language to English. There isn’t a CONTACT US button within the app.

I really liked the watches look, feel and price but it will not connect to the app on my iPhone so I have to send the watch back
