Everytime I try to get my NIN it say server down like how can I retrieve something with your app if it isn't working am a busy person and the function of the app was to make it easier for the masses instead it making things hard

Good day Sir, I downloaded the mws app some months back and added my mobile lines. I checked the app 3 days ago and discovered the option for "My Devices" is no longer available. Please has the app been updated and if so are my numbers still added or do i need to go add them again? Thanks for your cooperation. Regards, Wale

Close and restart the MWS app on iPhone
Update MWS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MWS iPhone app

To resolve MWS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MWS app issues:

Force Stop the MWS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MWS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MWS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MWS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MWS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MWS.

Fix MWS unable to contact server/ MWS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MWS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MWS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MWS on android.

Introducing Mobile Web Services (this app), a new suite of Personal Identity tokens and services, developed, administered and managed by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).
