MWS: NIMC Personal ID Reviews

You guys are updating MWS almost every week, well I wanna add this; for those that have paid I would like a platform where we can actually download the ID we have already paid for, because there was no download bottom for us to press like was indicated on the advertisement which is not cool. You guys are just ripping people of there hard earn money which is not nice at all. Please insert the download bottom somewhere for those that had paid for the ID. Or just add the original pdf on the “show my ID” section instead.

Even after paying the 1200 I was not able to download the premium nin, all of sudden I was asked to pay again. How’s that possible ? This is just a way of ripping people of their money, no receipt or proof of payment. You should fix MWS ! If possible apple should even take down MWS, you have a live chat on MWS that doesn’t function. Each time somebody tries to contact you “ we are not available “ do you even know what a live chat is

It’s a shame that MWS rips you off money without a receipt.
I paid 1200 to print out a premium NIN slip yet I couldn’t save or download my file, I repeat the process all over again and it says for me to pay another 1200, that’s ridiculous!! No receipts for my previous payment and then Suddenly, there’s no premium or standard print out anymore, it redirects you to a website that doesn’t work!

Must have feature for printing the Card to qualify my 5-Star status. This feature will help reduce long wait for the Cards that had been the challenge of this program since inception. Friday

Couldn’t believe this is coming from my beloved country. Kudos to NIMC, please keep it up. So seamless and ahead of its time.👍🏾👍🏾

Good initiative but dysfunctional, let us do something better to be proud of, I love my country Nigeria but many things are done wrong everyday, kindly fix MWS and let it connect to the NIMC server, by the way, people here complained of extortion, do the needful please for God sake, God bless Nigeria.

Who is the developer of MWS, I’m sure is an old man , how can a 60 years old country be treated like this? No app have ever worked in this country, is either is not working or it stoped working after the first month. It’s not nice , sometimes leave the money and do a good job please.

I hope it’s useful like this for a long time if possible for the rest of life cuz in My country called Nigeria another governments may come in and change the whole thing to a mess.

This will be 1 week I paid for premium slip print. can’t print Is this platform working…. Why is it that contacting anything that FG handle always they difficult. It’s look like a scam to me..
You deducted my money and I have not get what I pay for, no reply my messages. Does that mean I’m being dude by federal Government of Nigeria?

I've got a love hate relationship with MWS. Sometimes it works and most times it doesn't. Previously my problems often centred around MWS retrieving my details without any errors.
Today, the OTP within MWS doesn't update or refresh after the expiration countdown runs out. This prevents me from printing my NIN.

More importantly: why do I have to login again just to print my NIN when I've already logged in to MWS ?!!!!

Devs, if you're reading this, please help

This is unlike any tool associated with Nigerian govt in terms of efficiency and seamlessness. Long may this continue please

App interface looks good however, functionality is a challenge. I have made multiple trials at different times, no success. OTP never arrives via SMS and there is no alternate way to go through.
I hope this can be fixed and I my rating will jumpy to 5 stars

MWS is very easy and reliable

Why is MWS not functioning cause it’s just on your site, an it’s not even working at all disappointing. So what’s the use putting it up for download when it’s not working??

I recently downloaded MWS , It prompted that I input my NIN and Phone number, I put the information but it keeps reading Generating encryption keys and doesn’t bring my NIN details.

It takes so much to do what it’s supposed to it’s job.... And it eventually doesn't process anything. Y’all should work on MWS before you bring it out for use. I see no use in MWS. That's the truth

I don’t think MWS is connected to the NIN server
I inputted my details but it was telling me error occurred and was not able to find my details and I also tried with my siblings NIN same thing

After I input my NIN and phone number MWS keep telling me oops! Your Submission Returned An Error, Sorry I Couldn’t Find This Record. Please Check The 11 Digit Number And Try Again

Downloaded, keyed my data and says error.

Ps: My data is correct so kindly work on MWS before publishing. Also I need my National ID it’s been long overdue.

Returned error each time requested details are provided. Developer needs to ensure that software works seamlessly before publishing.

I downloaded MWS had to input my NIN number which is 11 digits but comes back with a error msg, sorry can’t verify

This is typically a Ghanaian App bc is not working for Nigerian.

MWS doesn’t work. A total waste of time.

App was able to identify my nin afterwards, it returned error 401

I downloaded MWS Yesterday I entered my NIN as directed and it keeps coming back with oops no internet connection I tried with both my mobile data and my wifi same thing

After inputting my NIN, I can’t get past the phone number verification page. Says “Oops, your submission returned an error: Error while trying to send message: Error: Request failed with status code 401.
