You guys are updating MWS almost every week, well I wanna add this; for those that have paid I would like a platform where we can actually download the ID we have already paid for, because there was no download bottom for us to press like was indicated on the advertisement which is not cool. Or just add the original pdf on the “show my ID” section instead.

Who is the developer of MWS, I’m sure is an old man , how can a 60 years old country be treated like this? No app have ever worked in this country, is either is not working or it stoped working after the first month. It’s not nice , sometimes leave the money and do a good job please.

App interface looks good however, functionality is a challenge. I have made multiple trials at different times, no success. OTP never arrives via SMS and there is no alternate way to go through.
I hope this can be fixed and I my rating will jumpy to 5 stars

I've got a love hate relationship with MWS. Sometimes it works and most times it doesn't. Previously my problems often centred around MWS retrieving my details without any errors.

It’s a shame that MWS rips you off money without a receipt.
I paid 1200 to print out a premium NIN slip yet I couldn’t save or download my file, I repeat the process all over again and it says for me to pay another 1200, that’s ridiculous!! Must have feature for printing the Card to qualify my 5-Star status. This feature will help reduce long wait for the Cards that had been the challenge of this program since inception. Friday

I inputed the nin and my phone number but it keeps generating and never bring back any data

I downloaded MWS Yesterday I entered my NIN as directed and it keeps coming back with oops no internet connection I tried with both my mobile data and my wifi same thing

I downloaded MWS had to input my NIN number which is 11 digits but comes back with a error msg, sorry can’t verify

Returned error each time requested details are provided. Developer needs to ensure that software works seamlessly before publishing.

Downloaded, keyed my data and says error.

Ps: My data is correct so kindly work on MWS before publishing. Also I need my National ID it’s been long overdue.

I inputted my details but it was telling me error occurred and was not able to find my details and I also tried with my siblings NIN same thing

After inputting my NIN, I can’t get past the phone number verification page. Says “Oops, your submission returned an error: Error while trying to send message: Error: Request failed with status code 401.

I recently downloaded MWS , It prompted that I input my NIN and Phone number, I put the information but it keeps reading Generating encryption keys and doesn’t bring my NIN details.

Im really displeased with the brains behind this NIMC app. They designed the app such that users are tied to the app and cannot retrieve information from the NIMC website without needing the app. Many Nigerians are complainning different errors such as app not been able to retrieve their data from t... Show more he NIMC server. I personally even had the same issue, i tried contacting their customer care on email and since over 3 months they havent responded. I tried calling their customer care line which was listed on the website, one of the lines rang continously without them picking up. There second line was engaged with another call, then later I called it severally but they also didnt pick up. Such a poor service coming from a section of government (ICT) which is suppose to be excellent.
