1 year agoDoes anyone have a contact phone number so that I can reach customer support to cancel this subscription? I've tried many times to cancel this CRAP online through the app and everything and it's STILL taking money out of my bank account. I DESPERATELY NEED A PHONE NUMBER ASAP!!!!

So I saw this app on an ad, and thought it would make some of my photos look cool. So, I downloaded it (making sure that it was free) and selected the first photo I wanted to make into a cartoon. But then it told me that my photo was ready and proceeded to tell me I had to pay to get my photo. Listen, Im fine if an app wants to list their price right then and there when you hit the “get” button, but making people download it and THEN tell them that they have to pay for it is just rude.

This app is horrible. I seen an ad and it was said that I can make your photos look cartoon, so I downloaded it. But I never said you had to pay for everything. I downloaded it and I open it, they asked me if I wanted notifications and ask for me to allow access to my pictures, then I clicked on a picture it said I had to pay. So I exited out of the app then went back in and they pressed me to write a review, there was no I’ll do it later or anything.

you can’t get into the app without doing a free trial then subscription so i did the free trial, turns out the adds are nothing like wha the app says it is it was very misleading and when i went to cancel the subscription it’s not in the settings where they said it would be so now i don’t know how to cancel moral or the story do not download this app ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ UPDATE: FOR ANYONE WHO DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION GO TO YOUR SETTINGS APP AND IN THE SEARCH BAR TYPE IN SUBSCRIPTIONS AND FROM THERE YOU CAN CANCEL ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT YOU’VE MADE
