Contact Collaging Support

I downloaded this app in hopes of finding a good collage app that I can set up pictures in on my own. I decided to purchase the attachment that was nearly $5 (which for an app with a couple more features is a little ridiculous to me). But anyways after I made the purchase I made my first collage and scaled it to a wallpaper. I placed the photos on a grid how I wanted them and it turned out great. However, there wasn’t a done button so the only way to save the collage was to screenshot it. So I did that and then closed out of the app. I went back into the app to make another collage for a friends wallpaper and the app was frozen. It went black and I wasn’t able to click on anything in the app. Everything was black. So I deleted the app downloaded it again and tried to reset it. I was in the app clicked on access all photos, my photos showed up, and then I clicked on “restore my purchase” and everything went black again. I feel that I was scammed out of the extra money I paid into this app. I am aware $5 really isn’t that much, but the disappointment that this app brought me is preposterous. I paid for the extras of what I wanted and then was able to use it once and everything shut down. Even after trying to get it back multiple times and refreshing. Nothing worked. It would be a really cool app if I was actually able to utilize what I paid for.

Is criminal. This app shouldn’t charge any amount of money for anything - it’s “features” are not even comparable to the most basic features on the majority of photo-editing and collaging apps, yet it costs 4 times as much. There are no fun shapes for photos, no whimsical frames, and paying the $4 “upgrade” only earns you the right to be free of advertising pop-ups, gain access to the aspect sizes for FB, IG, and some other social media photo sharing sites, and maybe a few additional background patterns, if you made a collage. Ultimately, it’s false advertising, it shouldn’t even be allowed to collect money, and I intend to do more in-depth research when putting money towards promoting a product that I expect to be of decent quality.

Listen I’m sure this app would be good if it actually let me get in but the first screen that came up upon downloading this app was one that asked for the full version that cost about five dollars. Now that’s advertising for you and that’s not what I’m complaining about. But you know what was good about this whole thing? It had the skip button at the top of the screen but it would’ve been nicer if it would actually let you use it. I have tapped that button so many times, it’s just unbelievable. Fix your app and let me not have to pay for it if you’re not gonna specify in the App Store!
