This is a SCAM!!! I just want to try the free trial but after installing the app, i was automatically charge, please refund my 959.00php. I never used the app at all!
I’m trying to stop this money from coming out of my account & get my refund back. It’s been a crazy rollercoaster ride. I can’t find any phones etc to contact this company.

I down loaded the Loopya app accidentally and I want to be refunded for £17.49 and the monthly subscription stopped. There does not seem to be an easy way of doing this. Can I have a phone number that I can use to contact someone so that I can sort this mess out.

Downloaded the app- it’s tricked me to get a weekly subscription- I already unsubscribed. The app does well only what you IPhone photo editor does for free. The rest of features absolutely useless- animation has nothing to do with any resemblance of a person, and aging feature makes you look like you’ve had a really non successful plastic surgery (you’ll look like a doll from a horror movie)

I thought scamming won’t happen at App Store since this is under Apple. I just don’t understand this app. It doesn’t show what it advertised on Instagram. What even fishy, there were 28 comments on the post, but when I clicked it, no comments. Suspicious. I should have read reviews. Do NOT subscribe!!!!! I wasted my money.
