it has been saying that the connection was interrupted for a few weeks now. Error 23082814364480

When I log in to punch in or out all I get is a blank white screen.

I'm trying to login on a 2nd computer but I'm getting a error message 23072817093837 I've been able to long in on any computer in the past. Please help. I've noticed my co-worker can easily punch in and out on there smart phones with out any problem.

WHEN I LOG INTO NETCHEX AND TRY TO PUNCH IN IT COMES UP THAT I AM NOT IN MY GOFENCE AND I AM SITTING AT MY DESK. MY LOCATION IS ON AND I AM ON THE COMPANY INTERNET. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

When I log into netchex everything works except for my time card. It will only show me today, not previous weeks. Frustrating!

I log in perfectly but after that it just says everything is loading. I e logged out and back in on my device and at work

How to fix Netchex app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Netchex app on iPhone
Update Netchex app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Netchex iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Netchex on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Netchex network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Netchex app issues:

Force Stop the Netchex App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Netchex app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Netchex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Netchex App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Netchex app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Netchex.

Fix Netchex unable to contact server/ Netchex internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Netchex » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Netchex » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Netchex on android.
