The new this app app is so user friendly! Our employees can easily access check detail, time off requests and review their benefits information. But the best part is that Admins and managers can use Netchex just like their desktop! Managers can easily approve leave requests and admins can update employee profiles on the go! Great app! We love it!

A lot of your payroll apps offer similar benefits for associates: they can look at their pay statement, benefits, update their information, request time off, etc. As an app, where this app sets itself apart is the usability and access from a manager and/or admin feature. I can easily access the information I need as an admin without being tied to my computer.

There seems to be an issue with punching in and out on Netchex. It shows incorrect punch times. Having trouble logging in to access the punch clock. Otherwise, it’s a great app.

Too unreliable. Will it properly load or work this time? Who knows! My biggest issue is with third shift. I work 70 hours a week, happily I may add, between two jobs- it’s very sad that I feel as though I have to constantly check and fight with Netchex to make sure I get paid at all. Entire days don’t exist. Entire punches never recorded. After midnight is the worst... it doesn’t record my hours. So then I have to worry and fight with supervisors to constantlyyyyy correct it. Maybe this app should pay me, apparently I’m their payroll! Too much stress for such a bad little app.

Netchex is very easy to use compared to the web browser and allows employees and administrators to view the platform away from the desk! Netchex on iPhone is very easy to login with facial recognition and can make the time card option very efficient for employees- so they can get right to work!

The tasks section makes it easy to see all my new hire documents. It's easy to lose all those paper documents. With this this app app, I can go find them and look at the details when it really matters.

Mobile punch with face scan makes it much easier and quicker to punch in.

It’s wonderful to know everything is in one place and easily accessible from anywhere! It’s very user friendly and updated regularly, so there are always new and improved ways to manage employee and client information! Highly recommend!

i don’t know what it is about Netchex but it’s so buggy and annoying to use at times. signing in is hit or miss and it takes about 2-3 tries before being able to enter Netchex . once you’re in it, you have to know exactly what you want since it takes minutes to switch between things within Netchex , and then whenever you clock in or out, Netchex goes to a white screen and it does nothing. last time that happened, i couldn’t close any apps and had to restart my phone. it’s honestly a great app, shows everything you need, your paystubs and hours and taking time off and everything… it just needs to be polished some more because it’s honestly frustrating to use Netchex sometimes

As the HR Director for our company I love how easy this is for our employees to use- especially our field techs. They can log their time without having to be at their desk and even complete training courses while on the road! I highly recommend!

Netchex has really helped a lot of our team members be able to punch in/out so much better. Also, they are able to access their information at the top of their fingers. Very easy to use!! Love it.

Porn hub has a better user interface than this garbage app. Apparently clocking out on a normal daily basis is WAY to much to ask for. A potato could’ve developed a better app. More than half the time Netchex either takes 5 minutes to log in or says it clocked me in/out when it really didn’t. I’ve dowloaded a lot of work apps but this one takes the gold medal for being the worst.

I just refinanced my home and it was so easy to grab everything I needed from one app - paystubs, W2s, bank account info. Plus I can enter PTO, enroll in insurance, sign off on documents. It’s so easy.

Netchex is extremely user friendly and is so accessible when I am away from my computer. I use it as both an employee and a client administrator. Very convenient!!

The interface is very easy to navigate!
I am able to clock and in out, enroll in/access my benefits information, review my tax forms, submit and submit time-off requests with ease.

I can get pay stubs, submit pto requests, and navigate everything I need to do from an HR perspective directly from my phone. This is so easy and I can do it from anywhere!

So simple to use and everything is in one place. I love being able to view my paystubs, time card, benefit elections and total compensation statement on my phone! Thanks this app!!

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It shouldn’t take me 5 minutes to clock-in. Unreliable. Schedule only shows up as a per week basis? How about having a monthly overview as well.
App doesn’t recognize changes made by my supervisors and can be very misleading when trying to clock out or in. Can’t believe they’re using this for their employees.

this app is hands down my favorite payroll company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! Their customer service is outstanding! The education you have at your finger tips is probably my favorite! They keep you in the know with the ever changing laws, and procedures.
