I can’t get my mini plug to join a new network after I delete it from the app and do a factory reset if i try to install it says failed to connect to network then I tried the old network and it works and yes it is a 2.4 network can you help what the network I tried to remove it from is actually a wifi extender all connected to the same modem please tell me what I’m doing wrong

I have a single enbrighten plug that wont respond. I also cannot connect to the enbrighten server. The android app will not connect and alexa cannon control the plug.

Neither of my Enbrighten outlets are working. Indicating that they are no longer connected to my server. No issues until this morning
Common dislikes about enbrighten app
- Frustrating, non-responsive, unsupportive, nonworking

- Bugs, inadequate programming
- Lessening sense of accountability and product responsibility
- No mention of what charities 50% of net profits are donated to

- Enbrighten is seeking 2G router and not 5G router
