I can’t get my mini plug to join a new network after I delete it from the app and do a factory reset if i try to install it says failed to connect to network then I tried the old network and it works and yes it is a 2.4 network can you help what the network I tried to remove it from is actually a wifi extender all connected to the same modem please tell me what I’m doing wrong

I have a single enbrighten plug that wont respond. I also cannot connect to the enbrighten server. The android app will not connect and alexa cannon control the plug.
