What does the restart status mean under device status? What does it do when you switch the options

Hello, I have four recently purchased/installed motion detector lights installed around my house. they work well with an exception being that I never receive event notifications on my iPhone 13 mini. I've tried many different troubleshooting solutions that i've found on the web, but to no avail. Please advise.

Very bad app, this system does not work

The app that supports the Enbrighten plug in smart switch is perhaps the most frustrating, non-responsive, unsupportive, nonworking, and unbelievably time-wasting app/device combo I have ever encountered since the days assistive apps first were introduced into our world that were routinely filled with bugs, inadequate programming, and released with a lessoning sense of accountability and product responsibility. This is a product that has me questioned whether any product testing is done for reliable function, security and protection, as well as quality and durability and safe use within household electrical devices. The packaging is, however, alluring, yet displays no mention of what charities 50% of net profits are donated to as advertised on that packaging. Made in China.

Less than favorable pairing

Numerous unsuccessful attempts to pair the device with Enbrighten both automatically and manually. The device and router are located 9 feet apart. The blue light is flashing rapidly. Enbrighten proceeds through the 100% window and never locates the device. Bluetooth pairing is activated on phone. The only distinction is we have a 5G router and Enbrighten is seeking 2.4G. There is no Envrighten contact for troubleshooting and the video presentations are basically sales promotions for the numerous applications to make your life ‘simpler’. Quite honestly it is ‘simpler’ to walk outside and plug and unplug the devices. Purchased two outdoor devices but have decided not to open the second to determine if the first device is defective. Currently would not recommend this device for purchase.

Not worth it

Even with a very low price I don’t think this app or the product is worth it. I am trying to use a socket as a timer for my aquarium lights on a mostly Apple network. So far in one week it hasn’t kept working for more than a few hours at a time. The units won’t stay connected, no easily found way to get any support, even if you set up a tablet to work all the time if you don’t allow it continuous and u restricted access it disconnects and is lost. Might work good if your running Alexia or google but without those it’s worthless for my application The app will not talk to or work with Apple HomeKit
