- Clunky app and website

- Survey often freeze in the middle

- Pages take 10 minutes or more to move on

- Not easy to get back to the home screen after redeeming points

- Email saying Pinecone Research wanted me to use their app is riddled with bugs and frustrating to use

- Click on a link to take you to a survey and the link just spins and spins and doesn’t take you any where

- If you click on the link more than once it comes up stating you are not qualified for this survey

- Keeps saying you have a survey available and every time you try it states you’re not eligible

- Will waste your time, make you jump through hoops, and will often still not pay you the $3 promised/survey after spending 20 minutes of your time

To resolve Pinecone network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Pinecone App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pinecone » click [Force Stop]

Clear Pinecone App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pinecone » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pinecone.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pinecone » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pinecone » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pinecone
