Got an email saying Pinecone Research wanted me to use their app. Wow! So riddled with bugs and so frustrating to use. Click on a link to take you to a survey and the link just spins and spins and doesn’t take you any where. If you click on the link more than once it comes up stating you are not qualified for this survey. Then it keeps saying you have a survey available and every time you try it states you’re not eligible.

Also their payment methods have become really crappy. You used to be able just get a check or the amount deposited into your PayPal account. Now they want you to get their MasterCard gift card which I have never found a place that accepts those unless you have a great amount of money on them. They never seem to work right either. Or you can have it transferred into your bank account. Why does everyone want access to my bank account?? I’m really tired of that and really don’t want yet another company having access to my bank account. Or better yet save your survey money and buy one of their gift items that you could buy way cheaper somewhere else. Yep. Sorry I think I’m done. This has become not worth it to me.

Asking for my phone number to 2-Step verification but proceeds to tell me that my “phone number is already in use”. That just makes PineconeResearch unusable because I can’t get past the page.

Sometimes it works, most times it doesn’t. The link spins and spins and……spins. Needs a serious overhaul.

Just downloaded app and entered user ID and password and app freezes up! Doesn’t open

I cant even sign up just gives me the option to log in

I took many surveys after saving $50 bocks, they stopped sending me more surveys and than the closed my account without let in me cash my money. Big thieves a plus

Horrible. It says loading for 5 minutes then asks for gender, I answer then says processing for 10 more until I give up. Happens for every survey.

Doesn’t work with any other browser than Safari. In Safari, the survey questions aren’t rendered correctly and you can’t complete the survey.

I have not been able to com I ate with customer. I only get automatic response, and that doesn’t solve my problems. Until they get this fixed I can not recommend

I love doing the survey’s but, sometimes it freezes while trying to complete a survey and I’m having a problem redeeming my points. I’ve deleted and added PineconeResearch numerous times and I’m still experiencing these problems.

Even though I has an open survey available (sent to my email, it never showed up as being available in PineconeResearch . Makes me wonder if PineconeResearch even works. On top of that, I tried to update my demographics but it doesn’t allow me to. Edit or drop down menus don’t work. I’m not sure why they have an app available for their participants and not make sure it actually works. Please fix!!

A decade ago this was a great survey company, but in 2021 Pinecone Research (owned by the massive Nielsen ratings conglomerate) will just waste your time, make you jump through hoops, and will often still not pay you the $3 promised/survey after spending 20 minutes of your time. Please save yourself a great deal of grief and avoid this website & Karen Scott who runs this miserable survey company. P.S. There are so many other survey providers that will treat you 10 times better than Pinecone Research.

App still crashes, surveys don’t load in, can’t go to redeem on it because it says error occurred. Never had any luck with PineconeResearch. Don’t waste your time

Can’t redeem my points in App. Error message when you try to go to the page. Fix it please

I been trying to redeem my points thru PineconeResearch but i alway get a error message.

List of available surveys shows surveys in progress. When I click on them, I am not eligible. The list should update so they no longer appear.

I still have to use the website to access surveys. Got an email saying rewards page would be down from Oct 1 - Oct 5 and it's now the 8th and still can't access it. Always bugs in the beginning and I hope they are fixed!

It’s really easy to use! This is one of the best survey companies out there. You earn the same amount for each survey you take. You can earn a lot quickly. The only problem is that it should be easier to get back to the home screen after redeeming your points.
Edit: The surveys do not load. They show up as unavailable, but they work on the website.

PineconeResearch and the website can be clunky. Often the survey will freeze right in the middle, or pages will take 10 minutes or more to move on. However, this is still a legit survey site - and they actually pay you (one of the few). All in all, I still think it’s worth it.

I love PineconeResearch. You won’t get too much money but it’s guaranteed $3 per survey and you can transfer it right into your bank account. It will transfer in just a few days. I love PineconeResearch for a little extra in my savings account

Too many bugs. Waste of time

The surveys aren’t current loading properly and the dark theme (or lack there of) is weird looking.

The company & site are legit though. And I hope PineconeResearch will do well soon!
