Tencent Video Status

Tencent app keeps crashing after newest update. Mt tablet is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8. Everything on it is up to date. Is there a fix for this?

I purchased the VIP subscription and it working fine at first, my renewal is on may 2023, and now the problems started with my VIP subscription wasn’t recognized and now it’s not uploading any video all I get when I try to open the app is a blank screen with Tencent logo in the middle. I still have until may for my subscription to end and I can’t watch it anymore please help me fix this issue.

Hi, I use Tencent Video a lot on my IPAD Gen 6, and this has set up of automatic update of the IOS. It is running IOS16.2 and now Tencent Video will not start at all after the IOS update. But the App does start up on my older IPAD running IOS15.7 devices and my Iphone on IOS15.7 I use WeChat for access. Can you help? Is this an compatibility issue? I cannot downgrade my IOS now of unsigned IOS issue Thanks

After posting a comment here, I was able to log back into my account the next morning. I was so excited to be able to access my VIP privileges again, but that day I finally had the opportunity to purchase a new phone. So of course I am back to square one again. I cannot log in and every time I try the forgot password option, the app gives the same 5000 error message. So, whoever fixed my account the first time, could you please fix it again? Much appreciated.

I cannot log into my VIP account. The credentials are correct, but it says something is wrong. I tried going through the forgot password steps, but it keeps giving a 5000 error message saying something went wrong. My renewal is not until January of 2023. This issue has been ongoing for several days now, so it's not just a server error try again later issue. Why can't I log in?
