Paid for VIP but unable to access any vip videos and can’t get rid of adds. Very frustrating! Can’t find customer support or anyone to help!
It will only let me sign on with my phone number and it says I am not a VIP member and I'm up for renewal, it won't let me renew, I found my apple receipt and it is not up until May2023, so I have tried for 2 days to sign on with my email and reset my password, the puzzle piece comes up, I do it and it says success and then failed, keep doing it to many times and it didn't let me renew under my telephone number. Tencent is the only place I get some of my shows.
I am a VIP customer...I want to pay for fast track on Love Like the Galaxy...I keep getting message unable to do so...try again later...I have checked my subscription account...it has the proper payment listed..I even changed it to another method still did not work...this happened to me the last time you had express fast track...you never responded to my email then...please help
I pay the 5.99 a month to get vip yet it's the 3rd day trying to access it to no avail. I've tried logging off going to my account To attempt to repurches once agin telling me to log back in when I have with my Google account! At this point I'm atterly frustrated !! Use to be great but it's not worth the headache it doesn't help that you can't get help straight away/response . Sending you to a FB page instead of and actually help server what's that all about we pay don't we?! Send help when asked

I’ve been trying to access my VIP! I’ve sent several emails across my devices. No response. Keeps says email not valid. I used to be able to access without any problems. NOW… NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I’VE UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED IT Doesn’t Work!!! I’ve paid my subscription for the YEAR AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP!!! Please fix.
Update: Just like many reviews here, I have been VIP Member for over a year. When the last update to app occurred is when my VIP disappeared. Been trying to contact this company via email like they suggest and to no avail. It says email is invalid. Can’t get a response from anyone from Tencent Video. This is ridiculous. I’ve been reaching out for months now and still no response. I’ve included my information in the email and still nothing.

The videos are OK but the software is so bad it makes you want to cry. The search function is a joke but the Watch History is so bad it that the developers should be taking behind the wood shed.
Imagine, you start to watch a TV series but stop for a while. You return and the watch history is gone. You’re forced to relocate the show and search for where you left off. That is no easy task since scrolling through a video is quite slow. And that happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Complaining to customer support (if you can even find it) is a waste. You’ll simply be ignored.
Be smart. Just ignore this joke of a service. There are others out there that actually work.

I paid $56 for VIP in California on my iPad to watch the series. But I cannot sync my account on my Apple TV. Very frustrating! I feel that Tencent cheated out of me on VIP. So don’t both subscribe when you cannot watch it on Apple TV. In Apple subscription, it tells me I subscribe to it for an annual fee. So when you install the same app on Apple TV, it should automatically sync. Instead Tencent Apple TV app ask you to log in via Mobile app which I tried but does not work. I wasted my money. So am reaching out to Apple asking for a refund.
