it’s not letting me export my edit when i push “export” it starts to export but then it says “there was a problem exporting your project” its been happening for weeks already i just want to post my edit.

Hello Funimate. I have been working on several edits last night and when I woke up I realized that they were all gone. I can’t believe this happened as I worked on them so hard. This happened before too and I was so angry. I didn’t delete the projects, they disappeared even though I saved them to my private projects. Can you bring them back because I really don’t want to cancel my subscription but if I can’t edit at peace knowing that my projects could be deleted at any moment then I will leave the app with sadness. Please help me bring my projects back.

When I’m trying to post or publish the edit it says failed why supposed to get views when I get tired of the edit and in the finale it’s failed WHATS the problem???

Whenever I try to download the video I made, Funimate always stops the download at 99%. I've waited 30 minutes and it's still the same. I have no issues with wifi or internet.

Hi! I have a problem :/. Installed our application but i have old look, i uninstall and install app but i can't have new look. In attachment i add screen. When i install 11.6 version i have new look. Can we help me? Sorry for misspelings but i tried
