I’ve spent hours on a video only to now be completely unable to open it. Enough storage on my device. Very frustrating!

I've been working on a project thats around 16 minutes long and its been working well for 3 days, but earlier today it randomly crashed. Now every time I am taken to the purchase screen, after selecting the project, I click the X and splice crashes. I've tried restarting my device and clearing up lots of storage but nothing seems to work, any help would be appreciated! (also I should mention I'm on iPhone)

Whenever I go to open this one project it it’ll take me to the purchase screen, I’ll click x and it’ll kick me out of the app. But it doesn’t do this with other projects, just this one. I’ve cleared out my storage, made sure I didn’t delete any data from the video, I even tried duplicating the project but nothing worked! Please help I’ve spent ages on this project (I’m on iPhone btw)

Made a video with audio and it won’t let me export. Tried exporting it and it comes up with error AVF11847. Tried updating the app and all troubleshooting in previous comments and no luck. I have also sent a message to Splice with no answer

Splice will not upload my video no matter how much space I free up in my Android phone. Please help!

I kept getting error code AVF:11800 when trying to save my video. No explanation from splice on what that error code is. It’s not that I don’t have enough room. I have plenty. After reading suggestions, I decided to update the Splice app on my iPhone and now everything is completely gone. None of my projects are showing up at all. I’m devastated.

I’ve been unable to save/export my project. No matter what quality setting I choose, it stops half way and no matter how long I leave it, it won’t finish. I’ve tried on and off Wifi and on cellular. Same result.

Same problem as Emily “I’ve keep working for hours on videos only for it to not let me open them again. I’ve deleted so many apps and voicemails etc to make room but I keep getting errors and losing content. Please help!” I have wasted hours on so many videos that then won’t open so I spent 5 hours doing one in one go without closing the app because of previously not being able to open my projects. Then I tried so export it and it said not emough room. But I had 100GB on my phone. The. If crashed and I can’t get in. I need to open my projects. Please help

The audio on my video disappears when I try to split it. Everything after the split has no audio. Also it is not saving the video clip, just starts saving and freezes.

The sound is not working anymore. I’ve been watching my projects then all of the sudden there is no volume nor sound clips. Volume all the way up on phone and in APP. My music will play on my phone but not on Splice. Even when I try to add a sound clip or music or make a new project there is no sound. I have had the $69 a year subscription and just upgraded to the $89 one to see if it made a difference and didn’t. Please help me as I need to edit many more projects and have enjoyed this app. I am using an IPhone

I regret to update the app to the latest update 4.26.1
Since that the app is keep crashing and ask me to close and reopen but that didn’t work at all. Spent more than an hour to work on my project and now can’t even open that project again. Keep experiencing unexpected error even on another video now. Been emailing the customer support but no one response.

Splice shut down while I was trying to upload a video and wouldn’t open the video again. Redid the video over 3 hours of editing and it gave an error saying I had to close and reopen. Tried to reopen and it won’t open now either. No response from customer support.
