I have a problem with Binance.US

- Customer service is unhelpful and slow to respond

- Verification process is slow and sketchy

- Missing 90% of features compared to the original Binance app

- No OCO order option available on the app

- Cannot edit indicators or add multiple types

- No ability to draw lines on the charts

- Issues with email verification for withdrawals

- Locked accounts and selling off cryptocurrency without permission

Why can’t I get in to the site thru my desktop? Why can’t I get a payment accepted via the app on my cell

To resolve Binance.US network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Binance.US App
1. On android, goto Settings » Binance.US » click [Force Stop]

Clear Binance.US App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Binance.US » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Binance.US.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Binance.US » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Binance.US » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Binance.US
