How to fix Varo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Varo app on iPhone
Update Varo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Varo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Varo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Varo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Varo app issues:

Force Stop the Varo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Varo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Varo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Varo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Varo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Varo.

Fix Varo unable to contact server/ Varo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Varo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Varo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Varo on android.
