Summary of Celsius Problems 🔥

- Buying from this app is not recommended as it uses a third party for purchases and the fee isn’t celsiuss’ fee

- Must have ONE whitelisted address tied to the coin and takes 24 hours to remove the current address or add a new one

- Account is not accessible to me

- Have to go through the now standard KYC process

- Third party this wallet company contracts with to process and hold private data says they’ll hold the data for a year even after we’ve decided to stop using their service

- Ambiguous reference to that timetable possibly being extended and our data being shared as “needed”

- Other third party operators will have access to our private data (passports, driver’s licenses)

How to fix Celsius app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Celsius app on iPhone
Update Celsius app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Celsius iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Celsius on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Celsius network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Celsius Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Celsius not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Celsius App
1. On android, goto Settings » Celsius » click [Force Stop]

Update Celsius to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Celsius App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Celsius » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Celsius.

Fix Celsius unable to contact server/ Celsius internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Celsius » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Celsius » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Celsius
