Spent a lot of time on phone with your repr who said I would receive an email within 48 hours to update me on why your app keeps crashing each time I try to make a payment. That was on July 22nd. App still crashing and miss doing my banking easily on my phone. Are you fixing it or not?
Mobile app crashes when try to deposit check. worked fine for years. i have reinstalled app several times. still does not work
I was trying to deposit a money order on the app and it keeps telling me that the info on the money order and the info on the image is different. Please help. Christine McCabe.
TD US app logs me out when I try to deposit a check. Occurs after I take a picture of front of check. Error msg says you logged out for your security. Been going on since July 1 2022.
I changed my password online on my laptop which worked. But when I tried to use my new password on the mobile app, I got a message saying "Something doesn't match. Please try again. You can also retrieve your user name or reset your password via the "Forgot user name and/or password?" link. I have sent several secure messages to the bank but they give me instructions on how to reset my password. It doesn't help me figure out WHY the app rejects my new password.
