Exodus Status

Exodus app has been working fine up until today.  Now,  the app will load.  I can enter my password. It appears to start working, then it will only show a black screen with no information.  i tried updating the app but still no info is displayed.  Can you help ?

unable to re download app, can not access crypto wallet or funds at all. no response from customer service, no answers on websites. lack of information

I go to buy bitcoin and it sends me the code to my phone. I enter it then I get this screen saying “ Unable to complete transaction Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process your request. We thank you for your interest and understanding”

I have v23.7.3 installed on my MacBook. When I enter my password the screen goes to black and I can't enter anything. I have shut down my laptop and restarted but still the same issue.

Someone sent me some coins and till now I haven’t received it yet

I want to exchange Bitcoin ($100) for another cryto. When I select exchange, nothing gets loaded no matter how long I leave it open. The dots on the left just keep scrolling.

On my windows laptop, I click on the icon, the login window opens. I enter my password then the window disappears but my wallet dashboard does not open. When I hover over the icon on my taskbar, I see that I have successfully logged in and that I need to update the app yet I cannot use the app. Additionally, I tried used my 12 key words to log in on a different device and that too did not work.

App opens to password screen but won't accept any entry. Cannot log in. Cannot type anything.

Can't exchange in app since latest update, app just closes on every attempt?

Wallet was working fine until I downloaded the update. Now it won't open.

I cannot open Exodus wallet.

After chromebook update this morning, I can enter my password to log in but nothing but black screen after successful log in.

The app opens up but it is unresponsive. It will not do anything.

Exodus wallet not synced even with correct secret passphrases

After biometric input app is frozen. Cannot open. If I try to bypass fingerprint login and use passcode screen is frozen; cannot input code to log in. Effectively locked out of wallet.

Frozen screen after I put in my fingerprint. If I close to enter passcode, still frozen. Everything is unresponsive.

I have Exodus installed on my laptop. It will not open now.
