I am in the Philippines. My IPhone 11, w/ IMEI 35687411 259499 7, which was sent over from the USA, had ghost touch problem. Thinking IOS update would help, I updated it and after updating, my Iphone11 won't proceed to the main homepage but is requesting to log-in on a Metlife account which I do not have. The ghost touch problem got really worse and I can't type on it at all. Tried sending it over to the local Apple store but they say this series is not serviceable here. Can you help me? I just want to use it even get in the homepage. Again I do not have a Metlife account.
Just registered with a new account today. I wanted to have the mobile app to keep track of my account. However, after logging in, I get the following message: "Sorry, there was a problem loading your profile."
