I'm having trouble logging in. Accepts my password, then gives me the "never-ending circle". I have tried several times to get last month's statement with no luck. Why is this happening? I wanted to set up a savings account, but I won't if I can't get logged in.
Cannot log in. Called and got a savings opened but I am not able to sign up or log in.
Using App on iphone - message states theat "Marcus system having technical issues at the moment, to call a number". I have tried logging out of App but it will not let me input my e-mail address to gain access again (shows e-mail address with 'black out stars' for security) but I cannot delete this to enter my e-mail address. I have deleted and re-started the app from iphone, still will not let me log in or gain access. I have used on line via laptotp to access my account and this is working well. I have tried looking at the Common Marcus Problems & Solutions page on laptop but the link will not open. Problem on the App has been like this for over 24hrs now. Please advise.

hello, i am again experiencing issues with your website on my laptop. Not sure if your website is having issues but my mobile app is fine and accessible. But not when I try to access my account from my computer. Any suggestions?
I cannot sign in to my account. Click sign in and nothing happens...keeps trying to connect but does not. This has been going on for a few days now.
applied for a gm rewards card, received an offer...let the offer lapse for 5 minutes without responding or accepting offer....now i cant get the offer back...offer was for 3000.00...please advise.

I enter credentials, home screen attempts to load, then it goes straight to error page. It has been like this for the past two weeks. Rep tells me to clear cookies & cache. Still no successful log in. Completely unacceptable. I am ready to recommend to my boss that we drop this service.
App not working crashes
The iPhone Mobile App has the Login button disabled even when the username and password was entered, hence i can't login. It has been this way from early last week.

Unable to login..............1st rep, cynically misinformed me as to why I couldn't login After 3 phone calls to bankers.....Shouldn't GS be fined for being emotionally abusive to banking customers.....good idea if more of us united for this cause
