I agree with the above! No help when you call after being on hold! No email option. Have to have an internet log in to chat.... That what is not working for me!! Takes then 2wk or so to process a check and then you get a late fee. They are a bad company with bad customer service!

My husband and I were Capital One customers since 1972. Somehow without our consent we were transferred to Marcus Goldman Sachs. My husband passed away in Dec.2019, and I continued to use the card for the GM rewards. As long as I PAID THE BILL, no problem that it was in my husbands name! I had to call fraud because of a charge problem. Canceled the card on the spot! Since April I have been in constant contact with your rewards dept, had my lawyers office send , by certified mail, everything they asked for (death certificate, proof of probated will) and it was received and signed for 4/19/23. My lawyers office even spoke to them and got this address ~ Attn: Goldman Sachs Bank USA Salt Lake City Branch PO Box 70321 Philadelphia Pa. Keep telling me someone will call me. Today is 9/7/2023, I’m still waiting after at least 10 phone calls!!!! All I want are the 2938.94 Points that were left on the table when the card was canceled added to a new card I want to open under my name!! Can you PLEASE help me. I have still not received my card. So discussed with the change from Capital One. I've always paid by phone. If you won't allow that for free as before, I will have to cancel the Marcus GM card with the other disappointed customers!
Marcus GM card is the most screwed up mess I have encountered. 6 hours between 2 calls today. All three cards don’t work. Was assured by “Chase” a supervisor at Marcus that the card was back on. Of course it didn’t work. I called Capital One, having everything transferred back to their rewards card. Also not buying any more GM cars or trucks anymore. Too poor service after being a lifetime GM buyer and had a GM card since 1993. Buy buy GM card.
To whom it may concern........ I wish to terminate my account with Marcus by Golden Sachs. Please bill me for amount still owed. I have not been happy with your company at all. Everything was suddenly made hard. I am almost 80 years old, and I do not need to add more stress to my life. I tried to set up an account, to no avail, page was down...I tried calling in and after being on hold 40 minutes, I hung up. There was no way to go forward with out checking the box that I would receive all correspondence by email. I do not have any hand held apparatus, only a desk computer I want to be billed in the mail, I do not want to "pay on line" I was happy with GM for over 20 years. Terminate my account please, and send a final bill.

I don’t want to leave a bad review but I would like an issue to be addressed. I have a funded Marcus account and frequently travel internationally. When abroad I cannot open the app at all and can only log in to the website from my laptop using a vpn. I keep getting a message like, ‘thank you for your interest in Marcus but only Americans are allowed access to this service for now.’ I find this frustrating and nonsensical since many Americans travel abroad and may still want to check on their accounts. Even with a vpn on my phone I cannot open the app while abroad (primarily in the Middle East). I would like to be able to rely on using my phone since I don’t always have my laptop. It seems possible to limit the applicants to Americans while still making the website/app operational from foreign ip addresses.
Otherwise the app is great, and I’m sorry for leaving a one star review, but wasn’t sure how to let the company know of this issue.

I’ve had an account with Marcus for about a year. I opened my account with the App and did all my transactions with ease up until a month ago. I’m no longer able to login with the App. I type in my login in credentials and an window pops up indicating Marcus’ products and services are only available in the US. When you close the window it goes back to the login on screen. It never advances to my account. It’s stuck there. My VPN is set to USA as always. This window used to pop up before and I would close it, then it would take me to my account. I’ve contacted customer service and no one can resolve this. A ticket was put in, but I have not received a response, but was also told by customer service that there’s no guarantee I will be contacted. I hope the App developer can fix this. This is really an inconvenience not being able to use the App on my phone. Please fix it.

Insight is great but the app has some bugs that need to be fixed but once they are I think it will be great and my rating will change to 5.
1. Trying to link external accounts on the app I select the institution and then it brings me to screen to select my bank instead of bringing me to the screen to enter my credentials for the account I want to link. Because of this it keeps linking my bank account multiple times.
2. The view and breakdown on the app and the actual website are different. Certain accounts show up in one spot on the website and a different spot on the app. My net worth is also different online than it is on the app. This should all match in both places.
3. I started to try to link account through the website since that’s they only want I can get it to link properly but on certain institutions I keep getting an error
4. It is not easy to report bugs or get support all I want to do is sent a bug report in I don’t need to spend time talking to customer service and I could not figure out to chat through the app…I’m thinking it’s not supported or I just couldn’t find it. I found it on the website but not the app. But again I don’t want to chat with customer service I just want to report a bug.
Marcus Insight seems like it will be a very useful tool once I can get all the account set up properly.
