The app stopped working.. there is no new app to download unless i have a card starting with 5115 which i do not.. can not log on ... on line.. so now what.. ????

direct express doesnt allow you to check you balance when you enter last 4 of your card it doesnt take you to your balance it did on sept 1st but on 2nd its telling you if you want to activate your card in md

The direct express mobile app will not load. It use to work but now where I go to it I only get a background picture then it drops out. I never get the chance to log in. I have restarted my phone, deleted and re-installed the app and still get the same results. Suggestions?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Direct Express app issues:

Force Stop the Direct Express App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Direct Express app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Direct Express to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Direct Express App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Direct Express app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Direct Express.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Direct Express » "Force Stop".
