direct express doesnt allow you to check you balance when you enter last 4 of your card it doesnt take you to your balance it did on sept 1st but on 2nd its telling you if you want to activate your card in md

The direct express mobile app will not load. It use to work but now where I go to it I only get a background picture then it drops out. I never get the chance to log in. I have restarted my phone, deleted and re-installed the app and still get the same results. Suggestions?

How to fix Direct Express app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Direct Express app on iPhone
Update Direct Express app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Direct Express iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Direct Express on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Direct Express network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Direct Express Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Direct Express not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Direct Express App
1. On android, goto Settings » Direct Express » click [Force Stop]

Update Direct Express to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Direct Express App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Direct Express » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Direct Express.

Fix Direct Express unable to contact server/ Direct Express internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Direct Express » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Direct Express » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Direct Express
