Out of the blue, we now have a 70s type disco in the primary bedroom. Lights won't connect so now we're stuck with them cycling through multiple color patterns and combinations.

App not working but thank goodness my Amazon Alexa software can still control them! You can even use alexa to change the color and brightness of them.

Same as everyone else, Google wifi app stopped working yesterday, still works for now on husband's iPhone though. So I have purple lights forever on super dim ;)

Same as everybody else. App is dead, not passing the 'wifi' initial screen, and has been removed from the play store. Only alternative is a Bluetooth app that doesn't see the wifi a19 bulbs. Wth?

Like all the rest, I've been using the app for years and it now just does not work. I see they removed the app from Play Store and replaced it with a Bluetooth version which is absolutely useless to those of us who are using wifi! Absolute abandonment by Sylvania. They just turned all the damn bulbs of theirs that I bought into garbage. Shall NEVER use their products again. Absolute CRAP!

The Sylvania Smart WiFi app loads to a screen with the logo and word "WiFi" but nothing else.

App stopped working 2 days ago. I have used it daily for the past couple of years. I have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing has worked. I can no longer control my lights in my house. This really sucks because we have about 15 of these bulbs

App not working, will not go past screen with WiFi icon with roof above. As far as I know, it began yesterday - but I have not used the app in several days as the lights are on schedules. I have removed the app and reinstalled. Same results. App is working on my wife's device. Both of us are using Samsung S21's.
