Signed up for this program and after not ever being able to sign into the app and not getting any replies back about that, I reached out to cancel and get a refund. Was told it was beyond the thirty days for refund when I reached out the DAY that the payment came out. Asked to cancel and was told they sent me instructions, which I still have yet to find yet they keep referring to. Then they said they would go ahead and cancel it and I still got charged again. Had to cancel my card and file fraudulent charges with my bank. Absolutely awful customer service, unclear terms, and scammy behavior.
