User Problem Report Issue: Bidding Delays and Freezing on Manheim Auction App Description: I encountered a problem while using the Manheim auction app. I was bidding on a Chevrolet Cruze, but my bids were delayed and the app seemed to freeze. Despite pressing the bid button multiple times, it did not respond. Frustrated, I exited the app and restarted it. Upon returning, I discovered that I had unintentionally won a bid on a different vehicle that I did not bid on. It appears that the app's delay caused me to inadvertently bid on the next vehicle in line. I did not intend to bid on this vehicle and believe it was a result of the app glitching. Resolution Requested: I am requesting to have the mistakenly won bid on the unintended vehicle removed from my account. I hope to rectify this situation as soon as possible, as it was a result of the app malfunctioning rather than intentional bidding on my part. Thank you for your attention to this matter. ERROR MESSAGE : AN AUTHORIZATION FAILURE OCCURRED ....THIS HAPPENS EVERYTIME WE MANUALLY ENTER A VEHICLE

I have a brand new Samsung. Z fold4 the Mannheim app keeps crashing my phone. I thought it was my phone but it ended up being just the app. All of the other apps work fine.
