If you have some time to burn, this is Manheim for you. If you want to actually buy cars or have functions that work, you need to use a PC. Manheim has all kinds of new flashy features, but is way too slow to actually get anything done. It doesn’t matter if you’re using 5G, fast Wi-Fi at your house, or which device you use, Manheim just runs very, very slow.

A big downgrade from the old app, but thankfully this app prevents you from using the old app and discontinued support for it.

Just like most app developers for big corporations, they need to redesign something that works just fine, for something new and usually doesn’t work as well to prove their worth to the company and stay employed. In this case much, much slower! Thanks a lot…

It signs you out while you’re in the middle of actively using it, sometimes multiple times....It’s slow if you’re trying to switch between simulcast lanes you miss stuff. It deletes your workbook, fails to send lane alerts (sometimes only giving an option to sign up for lane alerts, which obv I can’t do when I’m already signed up for them), this company makes mountains of money but somehow can’t make a halfway decent app. Also glitchy when paying for vehicles. Says paid, then puts them back in unpaid. An hour or 2 later it will fix it and clear them out but makes it so we can’t take any of the cars out of the gate the same day. Manheim alone is hot garbage.

I had a old galaxy note 9 and Manheim worked fine up until a few weeks ago it got very slow. Now I have a iPhone 12 max and Manheim won’t scan anything. It Manheim not compatible with the latest iPhone? I’ve deleted Manheim and re downloaded and nothing. I’ve checked the phone settings everything is fine. And other apps that use scanning works just fine. When I’m at the auction and looking at many vehicles manually inputting vins is very time consuming. Manheim is currently making me lose money.

this app plus app working very bad. If I want to see my I’ve selling activity, it’s telling me to log in, I put my credentials and it tells me that I log out, trying to log in again, and it repeats same thing. App is laggy now. It is unstable and crashes.

I use Manhaim website instead! But would love to use app, but unable due to all glitches.

Can’t get run lists easily, can’t get them in order, if you filter the date it gives you 70,000 plus cars? WTH
New and improved?

The old app doesn’t work well,
Manheim doesn’t work period. Constantly have to log in and won’t remember password. Mmr won’t even load just has me continually log in and not function. Workbook will not load. Not user friendly even the few times it has worked.

The old app was a bit slow but better. Everytime I try to go to second chance it asks me to resign in multiple times with a fail page expired everytime. Even free resetting. It is extremely slow and not easier than the old app!

The home screen is all jumbled up all the words are together and it is very hard to read.I am using a iPhone 12 and this is pretty bad I was very excited to see a new app this app needed it badly but this is extremely hard to use because all the tabs and words are all jumbled together

I like the new app it works fine on my i-phone. The problem is when I’m using simulcast on my iPad doesn’t have sound and you can’t see the inlane video. I remove the old app and reinstalled the new one and still the same.

Please check that.

Every day I have delete and reinstall because when I log in it says my session has expired, also on OVE selling, it won’t let me pick the dealer I want to represent, it doesn’t give me a choice, I don’t always want to rep all the dealers in selling on OVE that I can buy for.

I am no longer getting notifications and am unable to turn on notifications as there is no option for the this app app. iOS 15 iPhone XS Max

For how much fees and such they charge at the auction you’d think they would develop a good app for their customers. Layout is nicer but it lags and crashes. Can’t login sometimes causing me to miss OVE, etc. FIX IT PLEASE!!!

Navigating Manheim is clumsy and Ove history reports of sold vehicles are not easily accessible

I love the look and feel of the new update. It was long overdue. However...it will not let me stay logged in. I have to log in every single time I open Manheim . Unfortunately I uninstalled and went back to the old app for that reason alone.

The UI looks great especially on the newer phones. It was long overdue for an overhaul. It would be nice to sign in with face id or touch id instead of inputing credentials each time. I use the older app just for the sign in ease.

It’s a clunky experience currently it would be more streamlined to see Cars value in the valuation.

Vast improvement over the old app. Virtually everything I need to run my business is available on the Home Screen. I can’t wait to see what other features are added! My only complaint.. why no Face ID or keychain support ?? Too cumbersome to sign in every time. If added I’ll change to 5-stars!

The UI of Manheim is a well needed improvement from the old app
