Customer service doesn’t exist, app is a scam
Opened a new account for the first time but for three days it still stuck in “processing your information please try again later “
And the support doesn’t respond no matter how many messages you send bad customer service.
MyFin tired me when tried to sign up and pass the verification. now i switched to a new phone and it says that i have to contact the support to open my account on the new phone but the support does not respond. So my money is stuck there. i don't recommend it.
The this app app doesn’t accept my passport upon registration. It captures the passport and then says my passport is not correct and I hence cannot proceed with the registration on MyFin . This is wrong. My passport is correct.
Showing Yemen in list but they don’t support Yemen , whats wrong with them
