Dear all, I have lost access to my MyFin account associated with the number +244 925437181 and email: deboramarcosmanuel@redacted I need urgent assistance to regain access, as I have available funds in the account. Actually, when I go to log in, I am typing the right phone number and the right password too. But it always comes up that it is incorrect. I have already reset the password once and still the problem persists.

This app tired me when tried to sign up and pass the verification. now i switched to a new phone and it says that i have to contact the support to open my account on the new phone but the support does not respond. So my money is stuck there. i don't recommend it.
Not accepting my passport

The Myfin app doesn’t accept my passport upon registration. It captures the passport and then says my passport is not correct and I hence cannot proceed with the registration on the app. This is wrong. My passport is correct.
