- Construction is not suitable for a child that does anything other than play video games inside
- App struggles and loading/opening the message take a while
- Need to open an app to send a message or to call the phone
- Doesn’t provide real time location tracing
- Doesn’t really work if you need to send a group message to your family
My husband's docking station stopped charging his watch. Now my docking station no longer charges my watch. We ordered two additional docking stations and neither one of those will charge the watch. HELP!!! I love the watch, but I am very frustrated and feel like I wasted my money because we've had the watches less than 90 days. Please provide a solution and /or two docking stations that work so we can charge the watches. Perhaps there is another issue with the watch that I am not aware of. We do not wish to continue to pay to use these they are useless to us. Thank you for any help that you can give us.
Sleep app not working. I wore my charged watch while sleeping, and when I awoke, it said no sleep data.
Getting busy signal when I call my mother's Senior Smartwatch
I have 2 watches. Both are not ringing when called. Get either a busy signal or call is terminated.
I keep trying to log into my app and it says it sends an email to reset the password and there is nothing in my email this is frustrating this app is always off on the location for my kids and its always clashing.
Watch is not syncing with phone. The Map is showing the watch over 10 miles from the it's location. Refresh Location says, "Mark's watch did not respond. Location may be delayed. Try again in a few minutes. I have re-installed the app and re-started the watch. My Bluetooth is on and checked for updates. This watch is not as sensitive as the Kid watch we had before this Senior watch.
I can't log into my account, even though I use fingerprint id, it keeps telling me it's the wrong password. It did work last night. Horrible app, daily problems
There is no hang up and dial selection on phone screen. It does not accurately track steps. The phone does not turn off when charging. It is not syncing with app.
