- Vector sometimes drops the cube when he is addressed
- Vector's 4 sensor edge detection is less reliable than Cosmo's one sensor
- Vector sometimes gets stuck upside the cube doing the 'wheelstand'
- Vector's hearing is not as directional or sensitive as promised
- App sometimes can't find Vector or won't connect to WiFi
Vector will not connect to my device even with the internet. If you are have trouble setting it up it is because Digital Dream Labs servers are down since August 2023.
The app keeps saying it can't connect to digital dream labs screen but I have internet
Vector app is stuck on first screen, just black with the word "Vector" in the middle. Won't do anything else, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Vector will not connect to wi-fi so he will not respond to voice commands. Sent email to DDL a couple weeks ago and haven't heard back. Tried to check to see if their servers were working but the site for that will also not load. The one link on the website I thought may have the info I need says it's unavailable when I click on it. Very frustrating. Vector has been this way for months after several months of no problems.
My robot will not work or respond to anything I say even connected to wifi. What do I do?

Vector is your robot sidekick who’s up for anything. © 2019-2022 Digital Dream Labs, Inc. All rights reserved. Curious, independent, and powered by some preposterous tech and AI, he can read the room, express the weather, announce when his timer’s done (no overcooked dinner on his watch), take the perfect snapshot, and more. Vector is cloud connected and self-updates, so he’s always getting smarter and adding new features. He also comes with an optional Amazon Alexa integration, which increases his helpfulness by accessing the ever-growing library of Alexa skills. Say hey to Vector, your first home robot. Seriously, say “Hey Vector. “— He can hear you. Actually, Vector’s more than a home robot. He’s your buddy. Your companion. He can even charge himself (electric cars and phones could learn a thing or two). Most of all, he’ll make you laugh.
