  Best investment ever!

  This Timex watch is the best thing we’ve ever purchased for our little one. We are now able to keep tabs on our little one: we’re able to call, send messages, get real time location, and so much more. The watch battery last all day, and comes with a handy nightstand charger. The timex app is very handy and allows you to control who and how your child can connect to the outside world. I revised the review from a previous review due to a previous issue that Timex was able to resolve in a timely manner. Overall, definitely recommend this product!

  App ok. Construction is horrible

  The app has been working well. It took some getting used to when the alert notices wouldn’t go away immediately. Learned we had to check the alerts, back out of it, and then go back in to the alerts. Otherwise the red alert doesn’t disappear. The 1-star rating is from the construction. The construction is not suitable for a child that does anything other than play video games inside. Two of the bands used to hold down the end of watchband broke the first month. The other followed after a couple more months. The clasp for the band broke today after 10 months. There is no place to order a new band. T-mobile sends you to Timex. Timex sends you to T-mobile. If your going to sell a wearable product...provide a way to replace parts!

  Good watch but not a good app

  The watch works good, We can have my 8 years old son tracked when he is walking from school to home, but the apps sometimes don’t work correctly, we don’t receive the message notifications until we check the app, and the notifications for safe zone came 5 minutes later with some lucky. Need work more on the app, is a good product but need actualizations. Es un buen producto, el reloj en si trabaja muy bien, podemos checar y hablar con nuestro hijo de 8 años cuando viene caminando de la escuela a la casa sin necesidad de un teléfono. El problema es con la aplicación algunas veces no recibimos la notificación de los mensajes hasta que abrimos la aplicación, y Las notificaciones de zona segura con suerte llegan 5 minutos después. También la aplicación tiene mucho retraso.

  No so Happy

  The watch keep on losing signal and say “ no internet connection “ when even when in the house and very strong internet signal , I have to turn the watch completely off and on again in order to get signal , plus the locate the family is very slow , sometimes my child is been home for over 15 min when I receive the notification 😩

  Amazing

  Well I got it for my son ! An it has come in handy I figure just a little more of figuring it out an it will come in handy ! But over all he loves it an so do I ! I would most definitely recommend this to parents who has children who are Autistic as well ♥️

  Only 2 problems otherwise GREAT!

  One of the problems we just started having is that while he’s on a call it gets disconnected and tells him it’s on airplane mode. He loves the watch and other then his location being slow and the airplane mode coming on by itself it’s a great watch for my Grandson who is 6 yrs and he loves it as well as me

  App has too many bugs

  The watch can’t text to the primary acct holder. The watch can text to the 2 guardians I added but then the guardians can’t access their app to text back. Only good thing is phone calling seems to be working. Update. After close to 1 year using the watch it still can not text back to the primary guardian! Very inconvenient.

  Peace of Mind

  Always being able to check where your child is brings great peace of mind. Knowing that on their end they can contact you if they need too also is a great plus. Love this watch.

  GPS issues/Active Tracking Randomly enables

  Every once in a while the watch shows outside of the safe zones. Then I go into the app and it shows that Active Tracking is enabled. I have not pressed the button for Active Tracking. This is definitely concerning as it gives me the impression as a parent that my kid is outside the safe zone. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

  Great app

  A real plus for a parent or grandparent. We do enjoy being able to keep track of the kids and communicate with them. We feel this watch and app really makes them safer and we love that.

  Loving it!

  Loving this so far. Definitely gives this mama peace of mind. Only thing I would change is to be able to manually draw the safe zone instead of having to have a radius from specific locations. Would love to see that update soon.

  Does Its Job

  GPS is accurate. Call quality is good. Price for cellular gps service is reasonable. My son says it is comfortable on. I feel safe letting my son roam the neighborhood with this watch. I think the price for the watch itself is slightly high.

  Keep getting notifications that my 6yr old left school

  I panic every time the app notifies me that my child is at some random house miles from the school. After refreshing the location it shows her at the school again. Now it won’t update the location at all and shows the location as home even though the watch went to school.

  Not bad. Could be better.

  The biggest complaint my wife and I have is the lack of an Apple Watch app. Always having to dig out our phones when we have the watch on is annoying.
