Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Petcube app issues:

Force Stop the Petcube App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Petcube app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Petcube to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Petcube App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Petcube app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Petcube.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
