Hello, today is the first day i tryed the GO sharing scooters and app, its amazing and a fantastic system! but i do have 1 problem with it, whenever i set my scooter in the green area i want to end the ride, the app on my phone crash, it is constantly no matter what i do, it asks to restart the app but that doesnt work, ofc i can go to the service desk to get help but i want to know why and i hope that u can fix it,

How to fix GO Sharing app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GO Sharing app on iPhone
Update GO Sharing app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GO Sharing iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GO Sharing on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GO Sharing network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GO Sharing Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GO Sharing not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GO Sharing App
1. On android, goto Settings » GO Sharing » click [Force Stop]

Update GO Sharing to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GO Sharing App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GO Sharing » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GO Sharing.

Fix GO Sharing unable to contact server/ GO Sharing internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GO Sharing » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GO Sharing » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GO Sharing
