I rented a bike, drove 15 minutes, parked, took a photo and stopped a rental, and went home. Possibly some error happened in their app because it’s full of bugs and when I opened the app hours later to rent another bike the previous bike was still under rent. I contacted support and I was told I would be charged the full price and if I’d contact them via email I’d receive a refund. After doing so and making several attempts to get a refund I haven’t received it to this day.

Looked at over a dozen bike. Most are not able to be used. Tried to messages customer service. They kept closing that chat after waiting 30 minutes to chat. The one bike I was able to use had a bad pedal and they charged me 2 euro for 30 seconds of use. Complete failure of the entire app and product and customer support.

The new app shows only 1 scooter available, whose price is 6€ per minute for RESERVING, 1€ per minute for driving… they really messed everything up, switching to other scooter providers
