How to fix MyBambu app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyBambu app on iPhone
Update MyBambu app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyBambu iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyBambu on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyBambu network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyBambu Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyBambu not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyBambu App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyBambu » click [Force Stop]

Update MyBambu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyBambu App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyBambu » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyBambu.

Fix MyBambu unable to contact server/ MyBambu internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyBambu » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyBambu » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
