Worst Bank Application Ever

You are not able to log in to your account 50% of the time, and another 49% out of the remaining chance you are going to have an error on whatever your action is. I mean why do you even bother to use an application if the error rate is so high, just stick to just using the website if you are not going to optimise the application

Loading Forever

I seldom write review, really. But this, as a banking app, request me to activate the digital token, cannot be cancel, or else you can’t use PBengageMY . BUT, keep loading like forever at the activation page. You need a serious improvement on your app.

Restriction in password

My password was set more than 12 characters but the password field only could input up to 12 characters only. I never ever login in to my account successfully

Unable to open app after upgrade

App prompt up then close directly, unable to open.. very annoying, pls make sure it’s working before updating in app store

Buggy design

The people who design PBengageMY and the people who design the security verification process probably never met and never use PBengageMY . The dehumanized experience suggests they might be using ChatGPT for the whole process.

Slow & unresponsive

This few months I couldn’t use the apps properly. I can’t log in & it took some time then timed out. Very disappointed with services.

Time to change

If PBB wants to stay relevant, it’s time to change and provide service orientated tool that matches the current needs and time. Let’s start with this so-2000 app with very basic and unfriendly interface.

not even 1 star worth

the whole interface to key in PAC when missing after viewing the PAC from message. I prefer the old app although it’s sluggish but at least doing its job properly.

Irritating!

Every time I want to transfer money, it is always stuck and never proceed smoothly. Please upgrade your app! This is so annoying.

Mobile Apps that required ATM activation?

This is sheer absurdity - user is forced to use mobile apps BUT first have to activate at ATM. Can’t your apps development team come up with something more sensible?

Poorly designed, poorly optimised, just bad

Compared to other bank apps, PBe is shameful. UI is unintuitive, then you get stock loading forever.

Terrible app. Programmers conning naive upper management

This happened especially on wifi connection, 4g ok, developer should get fired!

Moving towards online banking

Well done PB! I have been waiting for them to update their mobile banking apps.

Public bank use to have Red and white as their company color. This latest banking apps looks like other bank. Initially thought is a scam.

Overall interface is by far better than earlier version. It is more responsive now. It takes time for me to get used to this new interface. Best of all, it supports facial recognition to login.

All the standard feature for online banking is here. Well done! Better if to stick to the corporate color. It really confused me at first glance.

Five starts are for the overall interface upgrade. Not using corporate color does not affect overall mobile banking experience. It affects confidence to the bank.
