You are not able to log in to your account 50% of the time, and another 49% out of the remaining chance you are going to have an error on whatever your action is. I mean why do you even bother to use an application if the error rate is so high, just stick to just using the website if you are not going to optimise the application

I seldom write review, really. But this, as a banking app, request me to activate the digital token, cannot be cancel, or else you can’t use the app. BUT, keep loading like forever at the activation page. You need a serious improvement on your app.

Restriction in password

My password was set more than 12 characters but the password field only could input up to 12 characters only. I never ever login in to my account successfully
