How to fix MyID app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyID app on iPhone
Update MyID app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyID iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyID on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyID network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyID app issues:

Force Stop the MyID App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyID app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyID App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyID app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyID.

Fix MyID unable to contact server/ MyID internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyID » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MyID » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyID on android.
