First of all thank for making such application. But your application is useless coz even i have updated to new version, i still can't check my package and balance of data and money. stuck and error at all time. I have seem a lot of user write about their problem, but depelover never reply and fix it. Will tell you guy, We are using your service and we have paid money for the Data, call and SMS. We all need velue for money. If not your user will change to other operators. Thanks!

I updated 1 week ago and it cannot show the balence and personal data please make app stable and simple dont greedy to make game and useless feature such as user hub and social bad app of telecom in myanmar

Can not log in and ever error. Everyday connection lose and can not make a phone call but taking money balance from customers. A worse operator among other operators. Moreover, really bad customer services and hotline. Goodbye and should not use operator one called Mytel.

Do you even know how to develop an application? I can’t even use feature. All I can is see loading screen while I can perfectly watched videos on fb with the internet. I regret using mytel. I just have blame myself choosing you over the rest.

Sometimes,It was error. Loding time is long and I can’t check my balance.

I can’t check data and points.
Some exchangeable points are lost without using!
And videos subtitles are wrong!
Also lag when play app’s game!
I don’t recommend to use MyID!

Bad service. Bad connection. Bad customer relationships. No privacy at all. They check every users’ profiles and also listen what ones say, check the messages without any approval of the customers. (The owners are Military Junta.)

App is not user friendly. Once I bought data and it didn’t go through to be payment success and showed nothing info as well. It made me confused and I uninstalled MyID .

No customer services, No respects and critically Broke users' privacy. They're keeping the users' personal information and tracking IP address of some users!

As a citizen of Myanmar(people may be known as Burma). Currently our leader Aung San Su Kyi's elected Government is detained by the military. we all lost our human right and freedom to vote. please take action to this company takedown their app and related apps and help ua to fight back for our Democracy and freedom.

The Mytel Pay App is a business venture of the Burmese military that is torturing and killing the people of Burma. They are using the proceeds of this business to buy weapons to kill civilians. So get rid of MyID as soon as possible.
