MTNMoMo is really annoying, you guys are scammers I open MoMo wallet my first time trying MTNMoMo but I regret downloading it
I made a transfer of my last card from my palmpay account just test MTNMoMo in order to get use of it sometimes which I think it will be cool until you guys disappointed me
Now I made a transfer out of the money back to my palmpay account only to get debited why the recipient account has not been credited for the pass 1 weeks now and am unable to reach you guys customer services line it’s always says not reachable everytime I tried to call it
Now I wanted to use the remaining amount to renew my data subscription I can’t login again and entering my accounts pin it’s say incorrect pin which is correct and am mum able to reset or click on forget passwords just giving me scum excuses my account got locked every 2 hours I tried entering my login and say I tried wrong pin 3 times which is only 1 times
This is really bad experience I hate MoMo you guys are scam and if you don’t resolve my issue am going to report your app with so many device return my last card thief’s app

First of why can mtn not great just one app to be used in all the countries, and why can’t they just put all their services in one app. Why stressing people to download multiple applications.
This is a very big issue.
Then the user interface doesn’t look presentable. App malfunctions most of the time.

MTNMoMo is a disgrace to a technology company. It’s embarrassing that they’re even running promotions for MTNMoMo.
AcquiHire a Fintech and give them space to build something better. Don’t let your engineers interfere in the new team.

You could have data and use the main mtn app but when you try opening the Momo app, there’s an error that you need to activate your mobile data. You need to work on it because it’s annoying.

I have an iPhone and downloaded MTNMoMo . Upon opening it prompts me to choose my region (Rwanda) and then immediately gives me an error saying that I cannot use MTNMoMo on WiFi, only on MTN mobile data. I am not using WiFi, I am using MTN mobile data but MTNMoMo repeatedly gives me the same error every time I open it.

In a period of a year now, I have tried to install and reinstall it but every time I try to open it, it says to check my network settings. I tried with MTN Rwanda data on, I tried with WIFI only, I Checked the network settings to enable data on this particular app with no success. ☹️

I dont know where they get 2.6stars for using MTNMoMo ,that’s intended to only work with MTN data. Other bank apps like Barclays all have there apps open for use on Wi-Fi or data making it simple and fast to use for there customers. Provide one app, with a single log in to use for customers. Whether they are under Wi-Fi or not it connects to data

I wonder if you ever test yourself (as in MTN Rwanda) the UI of MTNMoMo and feel that the customer journey is longer than it should be. USSD is still the best. You should think of a way of simplifying MTNMoMo and making it fast to compete with USSD. After the login, the account balance is visible, I think it should by default be hidden. The pin should always be entered last to complete payment and to prevent fraud. There is a lot to fix but let me end it here for now.

I got an issue with MTNMoMo service, been paying charges for every transaction since day one I downloaded MTNMoMo tried reaching to you customer service and the call got declined I still don’t understand the use of MTNMoMo if I still continuously pay charges even for the least transaction of which your messages encrypt zero fees . I really don’t know if am the only person facing this issue

MTNMoMo generally works well and is very user friendly. My only gripe with it is the fact that the banks listed in the Bank Transfer section is limited. I bank with First National Bank, and unable to transfer funds from my Momo wallet to my bank account via MTNMoMo because my bank is not found on the list in MTNMoMo . Alternatively, I am able to transfer funds using *170# but this is only possible when I’m in Ghana. I need to be able to perform Momo wallet to bank transfers while overseas. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP AND INCLUDE THE COMPLETE LIST OF BANKS. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING :/

It’s not letting me put or even showing my country when I want to register on MTNMoMo . I am from Nigeria

I love MTNMoMo interface and design👌, my problem is how the how MTNMoMo asks for OTP pin very time i open it, so annoying and makes me want to avoid using MTNMoMo , the other is with the fact that once I enter my pin and OTP MTNMoMo remains open for that short period of time and does not require my pin, say when sending money, I think the pin should be the final thing to be entered, because a lot can happen 2 minutes after entering the pin.

It’s a very beautiful app it’s just that there’s no option like loan services so kindly apply it when upgrading thank you

I have downloaded my app but to sign up is a problem it’s telling me to put a password but I haven’t even signed it yet to know the password that it already set for me it’s frustrating

Actually MTNMoMo is very nice it has payment easier and fast … what I will like the developer to add is a request action such that we can be able to request directly from MTNMoMo .. that will be nice. Thanks

Why did the new app update remove the iPhone Address Book?
It makes it difficult to type in receiver’s number.

Please do something about this. :-(

They need to come out with a new development, where you can send money from one country to another 👊👊👋👋👏🏻🤝🤝

I keep getting a feed back to use mtn data not wifi and i am not using wifi. I am using my mtn data.

I clicked 5 stars, because it does what it’s supposed to do, but I have a suggestion for you guys.. Please try to include the ability to click a previous transaction from history, and resend from there, instead of starting the whole process of inputting phone number all over again..
