This app is really annoying, you guys are scammers I open MoMo wallet my first time trying the app but I regret downloading it
I made a transfer of my last card from my palmpay account just test the app in order to get use of it sometimes which I think it will be cool until you guys disappointed me
Now I made a transfer out of the money back to my palmpay account only to get debited why the recipient account has not been credited for the pass 1 weeks now and am unable to reach you guys customer services line it’s always says not reachable everytime I tried to call it
Now I wanted to use the remaining amount to renew my data subscription I can’t login again and entering my accounts pin it’s say incorrect pin which is correct and am mum able to reset or click on forget passwords just giving me scum excuses my account got locked every 2 hours I tried entering my login and say I tried wrong pin 3 times which is only 1 times
This is really bad experience I hate MoMo you guys are scam and if you don’t resolve my issue am going to report your app with so many device return my last card thief’s app

This app generally works well and is very user friendly. My only gripe with it is the fact that the banks listed in the Bank Transfer section is limited. I bank with First National Bank, and unable to transfer funds from my Momo wallet to my bank account via the app because my bank is not found on the list in the app. Alternatively, I am able to transfer funds using *170# but this is only possible when I’m in Ghana. I need to be able to perform Momo wallet to bank transfers while overseas. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP AND INCLUDE THE COMPLETE LIST OF BANKS. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING :/

I wonder if you ever test yourself (as in MTN Rwanda) the UI of this app and feel that the customer journey is longer than it should be. USSD is still the best. You should think of a way of simplifying the app and making it fast to compete with USSD. After the login, the account balance is visible, I think it should by default be hidden. The pin should always be entered last to complete payment and to prevent fraud. There is a lot to fix but let me end it here for now.
